My name is Dr. Tessa Spencer, PharmD, CNC, CPT. I am a practicing, licensed pharmacist as well as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I help women build a successful and sustainable health/wellness routine that fits into their busy schedule.

My proven system is a non-intimidating, step-by-step process on how to create long-lasting healthy habits. Habits you don't even have to think about. I also provide you with way to overcome set-backs and obstacles like lack of time, motivation and knowledge on health-related topics or where to begin. I use my scientific knowledge and experience to navigate the noise and misinformation overload present online and on social media so you can feel confident that what you're doing will be effective. No more wasting your time, energy or money on methods that don't work or cause you to rebound into old ways. I want to give you the framework so you can continue to be successful long after we've finished working together.

I have helped my clients achieve and sustain health and wellness goals including reaching their goal weight, increasing energy, improving mood, decreasing stress, reducing "brain-fog", strengthening/toning muscle and improving overall self-compassion and self-confidence. My method to achieving this for my clients is simple and attainable. I incorporate evidence-based nutrition, exercise, superfoods, supplements and self-compassion to help you. I want to be your cheerleader, motivator and help you be your best version of yourself. I want to be the person you can count on to always have your best interest at heart and the one to give you the knowledge, experience and tools you need to be successful in whatever wellness goals you have.

My passion for health and fitness stems from years of using nutrition, exercise, supplements, superfoods and lifestyle habits to overcome health challenges in my life anxiety, hormonal imbalances, longterm fatigue and unhealthy weight gain.

My experience completing a doctorate in pharmacy as well as a top ranked PGY1 community-based pharmacy residency program has allowed me to become an independent pharmacy practitioner helping thousands of individuals overcome challenges from the common cold, athletic injuries and vitamin deficiencies to chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental health disorders and everything in-between. While I understand the importance and value of medication for certain situations, I am passionate about using non-pharmacological ways to improve the health of my clients.
